NOTES ABOUT INSTRUMENT RESERVATIONS:
The reservation is not a commitment to rent until you sign the agreement in the store. You may cancel your reservation if you wish (please contact us if you decide to cancel!)
As a rule of thumb, all reservations are expected to be fulfilled and ready for pick up by next business day. We cannot guarantee same day turnaround time, however, submitting your reservation no later than 11:00am will increase the chances of being ready same day.
You MUST bring your driver’s license (or equivalent state ID) and a debit/credit card with you to present at pick up. The person picking up/signing for the rental must be the person who filled out the reservation (or spouse).
You will be asked to sign the rental agreement at the time of pick up.
Returning the instrument undamaged to our store ends the rental agreement. You may return the instrument at any time.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED A RESPONSE WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!
Due to increased e-mail filtering, we will now call you by phone to notify you that your reserved instrument is ready and will leave a voicemail if possible. We will then follow-up again within 2 to 3 business days if we were unable to reach you.
Instrument reservations will be held for 7 business days. If you need more time, let us know.
As noted above, if you no longer intend to pick up your reservation, we would greatly appreciate being notified by phone or e-mail! Thank you!
All instruments are available on a first come, first serve basis. We will contact you if the instrument you’ve requested is unavailable.
[OUT OF STOCK]: Currently no inventory available to rent, please check back at a later date.
[CALL AHEAD]: Very limited inventory exists for this selection, call ahead to confirm availability before submitting your reservation as they could run out at any time.
[EXCHANGE ONLY]: Inventory pre-reserved for existing renters to exchange up in size. Not available for new rental contracts.
