What's new at Eastside?
Here at Eastside Music, it’s back-to-school season! Starting September 8th through the 26th, we’re here for our special extended September hours, 10-6 Tuesdays through Fridays and 10-2 on Saturdays. Whether you need an instrument, a school book, accessories, or something entirely different, we’ve got you covered! Stop by the store or give us a call at (503) 491-2270.
Back-to-School Giveaway!
To celebrate the new school year, we are giving away a deluxe at-home practice setup—a Manhasset music stand with an accessory tray and a Mighty Bright stand light! In order to enter the drawing, spend $10 in store (max 1 entry daily) and ask for a giveaway form to fill out! Or leave Eastside Music a 5 star Google review! (Max 1 entry per giveaway.)
Instrument Rentals!
We are accepting walk-in rentals for all standard instruments! Want to reserve your instrument ahead of time and speed up the in-store process? Fill out our reservation form and we’ll have your rental prepared within 1-2 business days. All of our rentals are reasonably priced, starting at $21.95 a month. Our rental instruments are from top brands such as Bach, Yamaha, Getzen & Jupiter. Instruments are serviced and set up to play by our expert in-house technicians. Repairs are covered as part of your rental contract! If you’re renting from us already, drop off your current instrument for a repair while you pick up your new rental!
Accessories!
Here at Eastside, we have the school books and accessories you need! We stock popular school titles such as Tradition of Excellence for all instruments. Come by to get a cleaning kit for your instrument or to restock supplies you’re running low on! Could your violin, viola or cello use some new strings? Bring it in for a restring and we’ll throw in a basic cleaning for free! We have a great deal on pro Kaplan strings from D’Addario—buy a set of Kaplan strings from us and get your violin or viola restring for free, or your cello restring for 50% off!

This month, we have some select sales on used band and orchestral instruments. We’re selling a used Bach student level trumpet (USA made) in good condition, set up and ready to play! We can get you a great deal on a new old stock Vito clarinet, or an Eastman intermediate open hole flute! Plus, we are selling used fractional string instruments at great prices, including unbeatable prices on Eastman fractional cellos, starting as low as $750!
